Thames Water applied to close Derby Road in order to carry out works associated with the water leak in the High Road. There have been temporary traffic lights on the High Road. The works were expected to be completed by Friday 28th March 2014, but they have been closed down early, although the leak continues. We are warned to expect delays due to these works.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the whole operation.  We have asked that disruption to local businesses, and to traffic flows, is kept to a minimum.
